Our initiatives

Argon university bursary scheme

Full-cost bursaries covering tuition, accommodation, books, and related expenses for 3 UCT and 3 UWC students. Two former UWC students joined our 3-year Graduate Programme in January 2025.

Youth development

We support Life Choices, who makes a grant contribution towards supporting The Safe and Healthy High Schools program to create safer, healthier environments for student.

Argon learnerships for people with disabilities

Argon provides funding for students with disabilities to participate in learnership programmes through our partnership with Skills College and Bconsult.

Enterprise and Supplier Development

Annually, we identify small businesses to support through a grant contribution. We also assist these businesses from being our Enterprise Development beneficiaries to becoming our suppliers.

CFA day of the girl

Argon participates annually in the CFA day of the girl initiative, a nationwide job shadowing program to provide young girls with valuable insights into the financial industry, specifically the investment sector.

Mandela Day

Life Choices, ARGON and the Langa Scorpions Wheelchair Basketball Club came together for Nelson Mandela Day 2026 to celebrate resilience, inclusion and collective action through creativity, connection and wheelchair basketball.
